All e-mails and phone calls are listened to an appreciated. Unfortunately we may not be able to respond to all e-mails. Phone calls are rarely returned due to time and expense (long-distance cost) constraints unless you require customer service assistance in placing an order.
Live "In-person" Mediumship Readings are pre-paid and non-refundable, so please show up at your scheduled time.
Phone Readings are now digitally recorded and emailed to you after the reading has concluded. You can save the mp file to your computer and listen to it at any time. If your reading is 2 hours or longer OR your email program does not allow large files to be emailed, then a CD that is playable on your computer will be mailed to you. Dr. von Lähr will now be the one calling you at the appointed time (International calls to all countries cannot be guaranteed - you may have to be the one that calls - but we will make every effort to try and call you). Recordings of paid readings are free and are not guaranteed to record every time.
30 minute or longer In-Person paid Readings are cassette taped for free and can not be guaranteed to perfectly record every time. You are free to bring your own tape recorder and tapes for any of your Mediumship Readings - no matter the length - at no additional charge.
Follow-up questions to an in-person and phone reading need to be asked during the session in question - as Dr. von Lahr is a medium - whereby the information flows through him from your Guides, Higher Self, Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and crossed-over loved-one's. He thus rarely remembers anything from the reading once it has completed.
All readings (and healings), whether done by email, phone, or live in-person, including medical intuitive readings, are not meant to replace or supersede a medical practitioner. Please consult with your doctor before starting or changing anything in your life.
Please do not send manuscripts, books or stories as they will be returned to you unopened.
